Karangahake Gorge

The drive through here is stunning, as is the scenery for those who have a spare hour for the easy ‘Windows walk’ through the Karangahake bush, steams and tunnels. Parking and toilets are provided at the entrance to the walk. If you have time, continue your drive through to Waihi and the beach
