Cancellation Policy

Refund of deposit up to 14 days prior to the arrival date. If less than 14 days prior to arrival deposits will not be refunded unless the accommodation booked can be re let out for the full time of booking less 20% cancellation fee. No exceptions. No refund over long weekends and school holidays if the accommodation is cancelled within 14 days. No change of dates within the 14 days prior to arrival. No refund for inclement weather or power outages.
